Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Except for certain products, returns and exchanges will be accepted only if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
If you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact us in advance through the CONTACT page of our online store or at the email address below.

Products returned before receiving instructions from us, or returned by a method other than that specified by us, may not be accepted for return or exchange.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If a product is defective or if you receive an item different from what you ordered, we will exchange it for the same item, subject to availability.
If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund for the product price.
In such cases, return shipping costs will be borne by us.
Returns and Exchanges for Customer Convenience
For returns or exchanges due to reasons such as size or color changes, or differences from the customer’s expectations, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Depending on the condition of the product or the details of the order, we may be unable to accept a return or exchange.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
As a general rule, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that fall under any of the following conditions:
• Items for which 8 days or more have passed since delivery
• Items that have been used
• Items that have been damaged, stained, soiled, or developed odors while in the customer’s possession
• Items with missing or damaged tags, accessories, or other included items
• Items that have been washed, cleaned, altered, repaired, or otherwise modified
• Any other items stated on the product page as being ineligible for return or exchange
Pre-Order Items
Cancellations, returns, and exchanges of pre-order items are, in principle, also subject to this Policy.
Estimated delivery periods may change due to production, logistics, or other circumstances. Please refer to each product page for the estimated delivery schedule.
