Shipping policy

Standard items are usually shipped within 3–5 business days after your order has been confirmed.

Orders placed around weekends, public holidays, the New Year holiday period, Golden Week, summer holidays, or other extended holiday periods may require additional processing time.

For pre-order items, the estimated delivery period is stated on each product page.
The estimated delivery period may change due to production, logistics, or other circumstances.

If multiple items are purchased in the same order, all items will generally be shipped together once all items are available.

If pre-order items and standard items are purchased together, the entire order will be shipped according to the shipping schedule of the pre-order item.

Shipping is a flat rate of ¥550 (tax included) per order within Japan.

Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, transportation issues, logistics disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
